One clear deliverable, such as an animated spot icon or a single empty-state illustration. If your request is a big one, we will break it into a sequence and tackle it one piece at a time, in a separate request.

A request can be a product illustration, a micro-interaction, an icon set or a UI element. Our goal is to make your app or website feel alive, so anything that does that counts.

Senior designers, led by Ed, with specialist support when a project needs it. AI helps us move faster, but every detail is crafted and checked by hand, so nothing looks like a mass-produced template.

Delivery times depend on your plan: up to 72 hours on Starter and up to 48 hours on Growth. For a custom project, we agree the timing with you. We deliver Monday to Saturday, not on Sundays.

Yes, absolutely. Once you subscribe to any plan, we'll help you map out the best design requests to elevate your app or website. If you're building a product with AI and lack a clear design direction, we can step in and shape it for you.

Once subscribed, you'll receive a confirmation email with clear next steps on:

  1. How to submit your first request
  2. How to access your collaboration workspace
  3. How to communicate directly with the Gardraw team

Each plan includes fixed revision rounds per request: 1 on Starter and 2 on Growth. For a custom project, we agree them with you. Once a design is approved, we instantly move to the next item in your queue.

You own everything we make, and every plan gets the same files.

Source files come in Figma. Illustrations and icons come as SVG, which stays sharp at any size, plus PNG with a transparent background and JPG.

Animations come in the format that suits where they will play:

  1. Lottie (.json or .lottie), a small file your developers can play on a website or in an iOS or Android app.
  2. Rive (.riv), for animations that react to what the user does, such as idle, loading and success.
  3. Coded components (.js) that your developers add to a website with one line of code. Built from our Figma design, so they match it frame for frame.
  4. MP4, GIF and animated SVG, for presentations, social posts, emails and simple web pages.

Before we hand over an animation, we check it plays correctly in the format you'll use. Not sure which one you need? Tell us where the animation will live and we'll recommend one.

Yes, any time, with no notice period or fee. Use the link in any Stripe receipt, or message us and we’ll do it for you. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and as it’s paid upfront there’s no refund for unused days. Need a break instead? Ask us to pause your plan: payments and work stop, and your board and files wait for you.
